Terry and Angie Wyatt have been in the roofing industry since 1984 and assumed the family business in 1991. They along with their two children, Chase and Colt enjoy the outdoors where they hunt and fish together.

Cleveland Roofing, with Angie as President, is a Minority Woman-owned business. With a business management background, she is responsible for administrative and human resources.

Terry, with a background in roof design and sales, handles all estimating, safety and operational duties.
Paul Milam - Supervisor
Born in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Paul has been roofing since 1981 and has been with Cleveland Roofing since 1992.
He is an experienced roofer that takes great pride in his craft. He and his wife, Pam, have been married since 1986 and have three children and two grandchildren.
Paul enjoys Motocross and body-building and playing with his grandsons.
Frank Milsaps - Supervisor
Born in Blairsville, GA. Frank has been roofing since 1992 and has been with Cleveland Roofing since 2003.
His primary responsibilities are repairs and inspections.
He and Angela have been together since 1993 and have three children. Frank enjoys the outdoors and fishing.
Robert Davis - Supervisor
Born in Cleveland, TN. Robert has been roofing since 1997 and has been with Cleveland Roofing since 2010.
He is experienced in commercial and residential.
Robert is the father of two boys and one grandchild and is an avid bass fisherman.
Sylvia Holmes - Human Resources
Sylvia Holmes has been with our company since 1967. She is skilled in all areas of office management including human resources.
She was married to Bob Holmes for 54 years.
She has three children and two grandchildren. She is very active in her church and loves spending time with friends and family.
